Lindsay Lohan See Thru at the Downtown Women Center in LA

Arriving at orientation for her court-mandated community service at the Los Angeles Downtown Women’s Center yesterday, Lindsay Lohan wore short shorts, a see-through shirt, and no bra. Because you know, she’s Lindsay. Or because she is going directly from her community service to her other job at the corner of Sunset and Vine.
